The course leaders, Dr. Alnoor Ramji and Dr. Jane McKay, along with over 80 specialists and subspecialists from the Department of St. Paul's Hospital Medicine, participate voluntarily to provide a high quality educational experience.
Each participant will have two small group sessions per day and have 1:1 interaction with a specialist twice a day for 1.5 hours per session. Group sessions involve: Cardiology, Respirology, General Internal Medicine, Nephrology, and Gastroenterology. We offer additional sessions in other areas of Internal Medicine, which participants can customize based on their unique educational needs (the list of session choices is included with registration). Interspersed between the small group sessions are practical lectures aimed to help participants in everyday life as a FP.
