Allison holds a Masters of Applied Science from the University of Sydney, Australia where she conducted research on sexual health education in schools. Allison has a strong background in health education as well as a passion for health program planning and evaluation. She has also worked in website design and online journalism.
In her current role as Education Coordinator, Allison is primarily involved in the Practice Support Program collaboration project, as well as the Vancouver Division of Family Practice project. Previously, she has worked on projects such as Online Journal Clubs, Rural Rounds, 5As of Healthy Pregnancy Weight Gain, HIV Testing in Family Practice, Care for Men Who Have Sex With Men, Relationship with Industry Module, and Self-Directed Learning.
