Performs a combination of administrative/secretarial duties for the Conference Services Director with emphasis on creating unique online registration links, using current registration system. Processing conference registrations via online, phone, fax, mail, and email. This position provides front-line customer service. Generating reports and kit materials from registration system. Overseeing kit production schedule and execution. Complex data entry, assistance in filing, updating websites, general administrative support, preparing conference syllabus for printing, maintaining mailing lists, assisting with workshop/conference prep, evaluation data entry, and conference registration onsite.

Develops complex online registration reports and custom registration links requiring significant ingenuity with minimal supervision. Coordinates registration reports and conference production schedules. Manipulates online registration system to generate unique reports. Uses tact and discretion in dealing with complex registration requests and inquiries, sometimes of a sensitive nature. Complex data entry, maintaining CRM, mailing lists, updates accreditation files, and manages conference registration onsite.
