Co-sponsored by the Rural Coordination Centre's of BC (RCCbc), the Rural and Remote Division of Family Practice, and UBC CPD, we are now in our third year planning for our unique gathering of BC rural locums! We've been fortunate to have several of you join us in 2015 and in 2016 - with numbers nearly doubled in 2016! For the next conference we will return to the Vancouver Island Convention centre in Nanaimo as we felt that it was still accessible for many of you. We are currently reviewing your feedback and ensuring that we build another great program which addresses the unique needs of our rural locums. Our main focus this year is support (which comes in many forms) and in many cases in no form at all. Our aim is to share what works, what is available, and what we can do to as a community to ensure that our rural locums are set up for success.
