1. Initial Meeting

You will be introduced to your peer advisor and concierge. You will discuss your current challenges, learning needs, and areas of interest. This will help formulate a plan to support your ongoing learning and development.

2. Develop a Learning Plan & Pick your Learning Activities

Based on the initial meeting, the concierge will complete the learning plan template and submit it back to you for review and approval, along with the menu of activity options for you to choose your learning activities.

3. Plan Implementation

We will connect you to the necessary resources and your local regional or specialty networks based on the activities you chose in order to achieve your learning goals.

4. Ongoing Support

We will schedule periodic check-in meetings throughout the process to provide continual support, follow up on chosen learning activities and associated learning goals, and allow you the opportunity to reshape your plan so that it caters to your evolving needs.
