Kathryn joined the UBC Rural CPD team in 2014 to develop and deliver educational programming for rural British Columbia physicians. She has since been involved in Hands-On Ultrasound Education (HOUSE), an award winning point-of-care ultrasound training program. In her current portfolio, she manages the International Medical Graduate (IMG) Programs, including the BC Physician Integration Program (BC-PIP) and the Practice Ready Assessment BC (PRA-BC) Program.
Kathryn earned a BA in Anthropology from the State University of New York at Geneseo, followed by a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Denver. She is originally from upstate New York and has previous education experience working professionally in museums and academic publishing.
