We are moving to City Square in April. Moving dates are Apr 5-13th. We will have new phone numbers, including mainline and fax numbers, and it might take us a few days to set up all our IT.
From March 26 – April 6 inclusive there will be a delay in processing payments for registrations received by fax and phone. All payments for online registrations will be processed in real-time. Please contact our office during this period if you wish to confirm receipt of phoned or faxed registrations. Registration will be fully operational on April 9.

Our office hours are 0830-1630 M-F. Our moving process will be from Apr 5th to 13th. City Square is accessible to the public via mall doors from 6:00am to 11:30pm, 7 days a week. The 2nd floor East Tower/East Heritage building is accessible via the glass elevator 7 days a week. City Square parkade hours are 5:30am to 11:30pm daily. Monthly and reserved parking are on the P3 level. Large scale deliveries should be made through the office tower elevator. The glass elevator is generally reserved for passengers only.
