In this course, we will focus on understanding the concept of preventing needless workplace disability, the correct and appropriate use of common terminology, and put concepts into practice through case scenarios.

This course is divided into four lessons:

  • Define and appropriately use the terms related to work disability in a busy health care setting
  • Employ communication tools to effectively counsel patients about work disability
