Sarah joined the UBC CPD team in the Fall of 2014 as Administrative Assistant and has since progressed to the role of Senior Program Assistant for the Research and Education unit. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Carleton University as well as a one-year Graduate Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from Algonquin College. Sarah hopes to pursue her Masters in Adult Learning and Education in the near future.
The Ontario native moved to Vancouver to pursue her dream of working in the field of education and brings with her 4+ years of experience from various administrative and education roles. Her current portfolio is comprised of the Practice Support Program module evolution project, Optimizing Communication for Excellence course, Finding Medical Evidence computer workshop, and others. Sarah is extremely passionate about life-long learning and firmly believes that education should be pursued at every turn of life.
