We have a depth of experience leading research and evaluation that seeks to understand how health professionals engage in learning and be supported by innovative CPD programming. The aim of our research is to generate new knowledge and facilitate knowledge translation to advance health-care education to improve health outcomes. Our skilled team:

• designs and administers needs assessments, focus groups, environmental scans and literature reviews to advance understanding of needs and inform the creation of CPD programs and activities
• evaluates CPD programs using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• advances CPD scholarship by publishing and disseminating original research and innovative ideas.
