Real Time Virtual Support Education

Real-Time Virtual Support (RTVS) Pathways provide on-demand consultation to support patient care and rural healthcare collaboration. These pathways include RUDi (Emergency), ROSe (Critical Care), CHARLiE (Pediatrics), Compass (Child & Youth Mental Health), MaBAL (Maternity and Newborn), and UBC Dermatology Rural and Remote Service.

Obtain CME Credits for RTVS Calls

Physicians using the RTVS pathways can claim CME credits for time spent collaborating with a Virtual Provider.

This activity has been certified for up to 30.0 Mainpro+ credits and accredited for up to 30.0 MOC Section 1 credits. Each physician should claim only those credits accrued through participation in the activity.

Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss a challenging case with another care provider
  2. Develop an action plan for the case
  3. Identify systemic features or protocols you can change for future cases
