Denise Jaworsky (She/Her)

Dr. Denise Jaworsky is a General Internal Medicine physician who finished her training at UBC and is now practicing in Cranbrook (territory of the Ktunaxa Peoples). Her scope of practice includes hospital internal medicine care, outpatient clinic, rural ICU and outreach clinic care. She is involved in several projects to enhance access to specialist care for rural communities and build rural clinical trial capacity. Dr. Jaworsky looks forward to being a coach/mentor because she would like to specifically support new rural internal medicine specialists as they transition into practice. Outside of work, Dr. Jaworsky enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and growing vegetables.
