Tom Wright (He/Him)

Dr. Tom Wright is a Family Physician and Executive Coach, holding a Master’s Degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Originally trained in the UK, Tom has been practicing medicine for over 13 years across diverse clinical settings in both the UK and Canada. Since moving to British Columbia with his husband and two dogs in 2020, he has expanded his work to include coaching for individuals and teams, offering compassionate, evidence-based support across BC and internationally. Tom brings warmth, clarity, and a grounded presence to his coaching. He understands the complexity and emotional weight of working in healthcare and is passionate about helping others find steadiness, purpose, and self-kindness within it. His coaching provides a safe, non-judgmental space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. He works with healthcare professionals, leaders, and teams to build resilience, deepen insight, and support meaningful personal and systemic change. Tom is calm, kind, and deeply curious. Outside of work, he loves being active, whether that’s weightlifting, swimming in lakes, running forest trails, or hiking with his dogs. He believes movement, nature, and meaningful connection are some of the most powerful medicines we have.
