  • Identify signs and symptoms of malignant primary brain tumours.
  • Briefly contrast the subtypes of gliomas.
  • Highlight novel treatments, including tumour treating fields and vorasidenib, employed to treat adult gliomas.
  • Review supportive symptom management of headaches and seizures and cite driving implications.
