Dr. Greg Andreas, Physician AdvisorA rural general practitioner based in Cranbrook with a background as an International Medical Graduate (IMG), Dr. Andreas serves as a coach in the UBC CPD Coaching and Mentoring Program (CAMP) and is a dedicated mentor with the IMG Peer Support Network. His professional interests include palliative care, chronic conditions and providing long-term holistic support to patients. He is also an avid runner.
Dr. Nicole Ebert, Physician AdvisorA rural general practitioner who has served the communities of Vanderhoof and Coldstream. Passionate about rural health care, Dr. Ebert focuses on rural locum work and is the lead of both Obstetrical Surgical Services and the Rural Health Conference with RCCbc. She actively collaborates with the Rural Surgical and Obstetrical Networks (RSON), the Maternity and Babies Advice Line (MABEL), Personal Health Records and the Isolated Medical Provider Aftercare Team (IMPACT). Dr. Ebert enjoys swimming, pottery and sourdough bread making! 
Hadas Haft, Rural CPD Concierge & Senior Program AssistantWith a passion for supporting others and a keen interest in nutrition and dietetics, Hadas is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of settling into a new environment, drawing from lived experiences of relocating to British Columbia. 
Dr. Bruce Hobson, Medical Lead & Physician AdvisorDr. Hobson has been a general practitioner in Powell River for 47 years, bringing a wealth of international training and extensive experience to his practice. He serves as the medical lead for the UBC CPD Coaching and Mentoring Program (CAMP) and Accreditation and is an active member of the Guideline and Protocols Advisory Committee (GPAC). Dr. Hobson collaborates with the Practice Support Program at Doctors of BC and is renowned as an EMR wizard. He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and is an avid adventurer, having swum with sharks, run up and down soccer fields and skydived. You may recognize him as one of the PRA-BC orientation speakers, championing physician wellness.
Dr. Alan Ruddiman, Physician AdvisorAn international medical graduate and a rural generalist physician with over 25 years of experience practicing in Oliver, BC, in the territories of the Sylix Nation. Dr. Ruddiman is dedicated to building meaningful relationships and driving positive change in health care. He was elected as incoming President of Doctors of BC for a term in 2015 and currently serves as the Education Sector Lead for RCCbc, where he continues to advocate for improvements in rural health care. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, often found sailing the waters with them.
Dr. Shirley Sze, Physician AdvisorA retired general practitioner, Dr. Sze practiced in Kamloops, BC for over four decades. Dr. Sze has been a leader in health care transformation, having led the Health Data Coalition and contributed to numerous Shared Care initiatives. She was part of the Doctors of BC CME nucleus and is actively involved with This Changed My Practice. Inspired by her mother, who studied medicine in China, immigrated to Canada and became a family physician in Alberta, Dr. Sze has always been deeply committed to patient care.  Following her transition out of full-service family practice in 2009, Dr. Sze dedicates herself to working on health-care system-level transformation.
Dr. Lawrence Yang, Physician AdvisorStarting his general family practice in Surrey in 2010, Dr. Yang brings a strong passion for wellness coaching, leadership coaching and quality improvement (QI) coaching. From a young age, Dr. Yang knew he wanted to pursue medicine and was inspired by his father, a family physician trained in Asia who practiced in Surrey. Today, Dr. Yang is dedicated to supporting the development of physicians and health-care leaders, using his coaching expertise to promote personal and professional growth.  
Angela Wagner, Rural CPD Concierge & Education ManagerAng is dedicated to supporting rural health-care networks and building meaningful community connections. Raised in a remote and rural setting, she understands the unique benefits and challenges of rural living and enjoys lending a helping hand to find personalized resources for communities and physicians. With a background as a Kinesiologist, wilderness first aid, and as a volunteer with Squamish Search and Rescue, Ang approaches her work with kindness and compassion.
Onboarding this Spring: Dr. Caitlin Blewett, Physician AdvisorA rural general practitioner in Tofino and Ucluelet, Dr. Blewett serves as a RCCbc core member, BC Rural Health Conference scientific committee and is part of the Thriving Project.
