Following her transition out of full-service family practice in 2009, Dr. Sze dedicates herself to working on health-care system-level transformation. |
| Dr. Lawrence Yang, Physician Advisor | Starting his general family practice in Surrey in 2010, Dr. Yang brings a strong passion for wellness coaching, leadership coaching and quality improvement (QI) coaching. From a young age, Dr. Yang knew he wanted to pursue medicine and was inspired by his father, a family physician trained in Asia who practiced in Surrey. Today, Dr. Yang is dedicated to supporting the development of physicians and health-care leaders, using his coaching expertise to promote personal and professional growth. |
| Angela Wagner, Rural CPD Concierge & Education Manager | Ang believes everyone deserves a supportive ally who listens with openness and humility, and that meaningful learning begins with connection. It's an honour to hear your stories, hold space for what matters to you, and help make sense of the CPD out there to help you thrive in practice. Born, raised, and living rurally, in her spare time, Ang volunteers with search and rescue as an emergency medical responder, drone pilot, and rope rescue technician. She finds joy in teamwork, community, and camaraderie, and her purpose is to leave behind systems that are more humane, more connected, and more sustainable than we found them and to remind us all that we don't walk this work alone. |
