I'm a passionate practitioner of a coaching approach and have lived experience with burnout and recovery, boundary setting, and healing trauma. I listen deeply and express myself clearly. I am the Owner Operator of a Clinic from 2010 to present (15+ years). I'm one of the most experienced Quality Improvement coaches in Canada having coached and participated in nearly 100 system improvement initiatives and done extensive training through the institute of healthcare improvement. As a clinic operations mentor, my clinic averages 80,000 patient interactions per year and over 40,000 appointments per year. I have a team of 11 MOAs , 3 associates, and 3 partners. I have 4 MOAs who have worked with me for 15 years.
