We create education grounded in quality improvement and best practices for adult learning.
Advancing nurse practitioner practice through CPD
Overview
Nurse Practitioners (NPs) play a critical role in providing optimal care across British Columbia (BC). To help NPs succeed in primary care settings and meet evolving patient needs, the Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) and UBC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) have partnered to launch a brand-new Nurse Practitioner (NP) CPD Program.
This program will deliver high-quality, evidence-based education to enable NPs to engage with lifelong learning opportunities, improve collaborative practice and address current and future system and practice.
CPD for today’s Nurse Practitioners
We’re excited to reintroduce Clinically Speaking: NP Webinar Series, an educational series designed specifically for Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and primary care providers across British Columbia.
Focused sessions run monthly from September to June and feature expert speakers who offer practical, evidence-informed updates to support clinical decision-making in busy primary care settings. Each topic is selected for its relevance to everyday practice and delivered in a format that respects your time and workload.
