Refund and Cancellation Policies
Refunds
Refund policies may vary depending on the learning activity. Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed after your cancellation has been confirmed. If you pay by credit card, a refund will be issued to the original payment card.
eLearning courses
We do not offer refunds for online (asynchronous) courses.
Conferences
Refunds and cancellations vary per conference. Please review the policy indicated on the learning activity webpage you are registered for.
Webinars and rounds

Workshops
Refunds and cancellations vary per workshop. Please review the policy indicated on the learning activity webpage you are registered for.
The Hands-on Ultrasound Education (HOUSE) workshops are subject to non-refundable expenses. Please review the cancellation policy on the learning activity webpage before registering. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after course registration closes (eight weeks before the course date).
Vouchers
Voucher policies may vary depending on the learning activity. We are unable to replace or reimburse expired vouchers. Connect with our support team at @email for questions or assistance.
Extenuating circumstances
We understand that unavoidable circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, travel restrictions, jury duty or another incident, please contact us at @email. We review and assess each case individually.

Deadline: The deadline to submit a cancellation request is noted in your registration confirmation.
Submit a request: To cancel your registration, please notify us at @email. Be sure to include your full name, course name and registration details.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email within three to five business days of submitting a cancellation request.
