Needs Assessment for Webinar on IMGs in British Columbia
UBC Continuing Professional Development (UBC CPD) is conducting a needs assessment to help shape an upcoming webinar on international medical graduates (IMGs) in BC. This webinar will bring together diverse perspectives to improve the experiences of IMGs in the health-care system.
A recent national needs assessment carried out by the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) confirmed the prevalence of known IMG integration challenges and highlighted gaps in understanding and supporting IMG learning needs. To help us identify priority areas for educational development, we would like to know more about your experiences in the BC health-care system.
