Research and Program Assistant, Strategic Projects and Partnerships

UBC CPD is seeking a Research and Program Assistant to support the development, delivery and evaluation of continuing professional development programs across British Columbia.

In this role, you will conduct literature reviews, support research and program evaluation activities, analyze data, develop surveys and help translate findings into educational improvements. You will also assist with the coordination of online and in-person events, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal applicants have a relevant degree, at least three years of related experience, and strong skills in research, data analysis, project coordination and communication. Experience with educational technologies, learning management systems and program evaluation is an asset.

Design Intern, Creative Learning

Are you a creative and detail-oriented student or emerging professional interested in design and digital learning? Join UBC CPD’s Creative Learning team and help create engaging educational experiences for physicians and health-care professionals across British Columbia.

This role will support the design of visual, interactive and multimedia content for online learning programs, including graphics, digital communications, online courses, animations, videos and website content.

The ideal candidate is enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program and has experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud and visual design projects. Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills are essential.
