Sept. 11, 2026: Rural Anatomy Broadcast (RAB) Episode 3: Hemineglect and Intracranial Hemorrhage — Dr. Bron Finkelstein (Chetwynd, BC)

RAB Episode 3 features a rural neurological case presented by Dr. Bron Finkelstein, involving a patient with hemineglect and left-sided deficits that initially appeared consistent with a stroke. The session connects the clinical presentation with a live anatomical broadcast from the UBC Gross Anatomy Lab, exploring cerebral blood supply, parietal lobe anatomy, intracranial hemorrhage and subfalcine herniation. The case highlights the challenges of neurological assessment and access to diagnostic imaging in rural practice while connecting clinical decision-making with applied neuroanatomy.

The Clinical Anatomy Broadcasts for Rural Education toolkit, its recordings and resources, have been prepared exclusively by the CLINICAL ANATOMY BROADCASTS FOR RURAL EDUCATION – A PILOT.
