Adult Diabetes Update for Primary Care
The Adult Diabetes Update for Primary Care conference is back taking place Saturday, November 7. This virtual conference offers a practical, primary care-focused update on adult diabetes management, emphasizing clinical decision-making, common challenges, and evidence-informed approaches. Through the presentations, participants will strengthen their confidence in diagnosing diabetes subtypes, interpreting investigations, managing treatment intolerances, performing diabetic foot assessments, and leveraging clinical tools to improve patient outcomes.

- Individualize treatment plans
- Screen for and address diabetes-related complications and comorbidities in primary care settings

Family physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, nurses, endocrinologists, residents and students.

All lectures (with speakers' consent) will be recorded and on-demand access is available for up to three months after the event. Note that CME credits are only available for participants who attend live — watching the recordings is not an accreditable group learning activity. This educational program has a presentation at the end which will reference the Pathways BC tool which has been designed to support BC based professionals to diagnose and treat adult diabetes (a tool only available in BC, Canada). If you are interested in signing up, we want to be sure you are aware of this BC tool being referenced. If you don't practice in BC, the Pathways public sites can be accessed from anywhere in the world.
