Peer-2-Peer Resident Coaching Portal

Overview

The culture of medicine is making it difficult for residents to avoid burnout. Peer-to-peer coaching is a proven model for improving the clinical skills and mental health of physician residents and can set them up for success in the rest of their careers.

This online portal contains all the resources you need to create a Peer-2-Peer Coaching Program at your Residency site – including links, coaching resources and a discussion forum to connect with other program leads and site directors.
