Specialist CPD eCoach is an innovative self-assessment tool developed by UBC CPD with funding support from a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Grant. Specialist CPD eCoach will guide you through a self-assessment and support you in creating an improvement plan for your identified practice area.

Why should I use this tool?

Upon completion, you will be able to:

- Identify available sources of information for conducting a self-assessment
- Formulate an improvement plan for practice/quality improvement
- Determine the effectiveness of a practice/quality improvement plan
- Describe how to use health data or information for practice/quality improvement
