Coach and Mentor Selection Tool

Supporting the Coaching and Mentoring Program (CAMP), Clinical Faculty Mentoring (CFM) program and the IMG Peer Support Network (PSN), the Coach and Mentor Selection Tool is designed to help you find an experienced coach or mentor to support your professional growth.

How to use the tool:

  1. Search or use advanced filters to view available coaches/mentors. Results include anyone matching any selected filter.
  2. Review profiles and click “Select Coach” for those you’re interested in.
  3. Click “Selected Coaches (X)” in the top right to view and rank your final list.
  4. Confirm all selected coaches are part of your program (CAMP, CFM or PSN).
  5. Submit your selection. If your top choice isn’t available, we’ll contact the next coach on your list.
