Participants also gain insight into additional training opportunities, as our presenters are highly engaged POCUS practitioners across British Columbia.

Dr. Kevin Fairbairn completed his family practice residency with UBC in Chilliwack, followed by an Emergency Medicine +1 at St. Paul’s Hospital and a POCUS fellowship at UBC. He now works primarily in the emergency department in Nelson, BC. Dr. Fairbairn enjoys being involved in ultrasound education and the continued evolution of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) skills. Outside of medicine, Kevin is currently recovering from the many injuries that come with having three small children.
This webinar is for the professional development of health professionals. As an accredited learning activity, this session is intended to provide an environment that is conducive to presenting complex information, asking questions and the sharing of personal experience among colleagues.
