Looking Beyond a Diagnosis: Child & Youth Mental Health

Overview

Family physicians and nurse practitioners are often the first point of contact for children and youth experiencing mental health challenges. This self-paced online course equips primary care providers with practical tools to support patients and families through screening, diagnosis, and management of common conditions—including depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance use, and eating disorders. Through six interactive modules, you'll explore trauma-informed and culturally safe approaches and access curated resources.
