Overview Welcome to the UBC CPD Coaching for Excellence in the Operating Room Program! This program is now closed. It was funded by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. This clinical coaching program for specialist physicians (surgeons and anesthesiologists) supported physicians to participate in peer-to-peer coaching interactions to enhance their practice in the operating room by pairing physician coachees with peer coaches. Background Our eLearning site was first launched back in 2014, using the learning management system (LMS) Moodle. Since then our site as grown, and at the time of writing, we have 59 open courses! We found that our eLearning site was starting to experience some growing pains, and our site was no longer able to provide a great user experience to our learners.
